All orders, irrespective of source, are dealt with quickly and efficiently using PCIDSS compliant payment processes and postcode look-up to verify the address details of each order. We work hard to ensure that all orders are checked for accuracy and reduce non-deliverables to a minimum.

Our call centre answers all sales calls in a professional manner using media and source codes to manage pricing and offers. Up-selling is a standard part of our service with bespoke campaigns being run for individual clients.

Web
All web orders are imported automatically from client web sites and are processed through our system using our comprehensive web services and integration experience.

Data Entry
Emery’s fully managed data entry department utilises brand new hardware and software technology to ensure that incoming orders, requests and enquiries are handled with the highest levels of efficiency and accuracy.
