Taking the order or request is not the whole story. Without strictly controlled pick and pack services, your reputation is still at stake unless your fulfilment is handled by Emery.
Each order is barcode scanned for content verification and then for despatch which means that we can identify when each outbound pack left our building and who packed it. With this level of accountability, you can rest assured that we will be looking after your customers from first point of contact to despatch.
As a standard service, all orders received before 12 noon are despatched the same day and we also offer several levels of express and timed delivery. Despatch to Europe, America and ROW is routine for us using standard postage methods and courier.
